I pride my practice in incorporating medication and therapy, as well as referrals to outside resources and alternative treatments. I’m continuously engaged in training, and ongoing research, exploring new treatment options for patients.

After general psychiatry residency at Mt. Sinai North and West Hospital in New York, I completed a Law and Psychiatry fellowship at Yale University. Prior to that, I completed my medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and undergraduate science prerequisites at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

While studying at Georgetown, I became a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, strengthening my interest in dynamic personal growth, preventative medicine, and holistic wellness. I believed that this would lead to an enriching career in emergency medicine, but after my first rotation in psychiatry, I discovered human development—the intricate variations that define us, determining our happiness, success, and relationships with others—to be even more fascinating.

My commitment to patients is based in not only in treating symptoms, but the pursuit of resilience and happiness, balancing where you are now, and what you’re hoping to achieve
